Athlete MUST be prepared to enter a fast-paced, intensive, and demanding environment

*** New Athletes MUST complete our (8) Session 1on1 Foundations Program - Necessary for Safe and Effective Integration of the prospective athlete + Current Athletes

*** Drop-In’s will be allowed for Varsity High School Athletes or Collegiate Athletes with a training age of 2+, experience in High-Low blocks using VBT/RPE, and or Forcedeck of Sprint Metrics for objective readiness

• 1:4 (Coach: Athlete Ratio) Our coaches will modify lifts and issue custom volume and intensities

• Trainheroic Account + Access to Daily Workouts & Ability to Quantify all volumes and outputs

• Daily Speed Tracking (Varies Daily) - Vertical, MPH, Sprints, Fly’s, Broad, Drop/Depth Jump

• 1x Full Bio-Segmental - Impedance Measurement every 4-Weeks

• Body Control - Proper Resistance Training Technique - Rate of Force

• Max Force (concentric) - Reflexive Strength - Increase Range of Motion

• Increased Threshold - Speed Reserves - Economy

• If the athlete desired intensification and focus on particular aspect of speed - we will adjust their daily KPI’s and loading strategies
